FIX BRAIN is a Texas registered Nonprofit Corporation funded strictly by tax deductible charitable donations. We are managed by an independent board of directors and aim to heal abused and disadvantaged minds.
QUALIFYING AREAS FOR RECEIVING POSSIBLE RELIEF BENEFITS
1. Those abused by the US Legal system with possible evidence of improper or wrong conviction or evidence as determined and independently ascertained by the BOD as potentially cruel and unusual punishment. Benefit qualification can be granted by the BOD regardless of Median Income, unless such income is over $250,000 per year.
2. Elderly over 60 years old with any diagnosed dementia with no income limits, and 65 years old otherwise, with an income level under $134,000 annually.
3. Anyone that has been diagnosed of having a stroke, brain tumors, or brain injury, if their income is less than two (2) times a median income estimated by the BOD at $67,000 or such income must be less than (2x$67,000)=$134,000 annually.
NOTE: Depending on donations received in 2026, the board of directors is considering adding anyone diagnosed to be a recovering alcoholic or drug addict, with certain limitations for income.
